Sobre este áudio
Grace can be termed as meaning; favour, mercy and kindness. The Bible makes us to understand that the law came through Moses but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
If we combine the fact that Grace means favour, mercy and kindness and we also realise that Grace came through Jesus then anyone who is a believer in Christ automatically has Grace and should enjoy Grace.
However the degree to which anyone can enjoy this Grace would depend on how well they are familiar with accessing that favour, mercy and kindness. Ultimately Grace is much more! It is the power to function, the ability to actually do something, in other words it is the power given by the Holy Spirit to excel in certain areas or function for which God has called the believer.
Paul speaking in 1 Corinthians 15 says “...but by the grace of God I am what I am and he's Grace to me was not without effect, no I worked harder than all of them yet not I but the Grace of God that was in me” We can learn a few things that Grace is.
Grace brought Paul into the kingdom. Grace is what enabled him to have effect and Grace is what made him work harder than the other apostles.
We can now begin to understand why the words Grace and Peace are so prevalent in the writing of the Apostles in Hebrews chapter 4 we're told that we should come confidently to the throne of grace where we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Before I go I must remind us that Grace does different things in the believers life; in 2 Corinthians Chapter 8 we are told that but in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you see that you also excel in this grace of giving.
Paul is saying that the ability to give also works by Grace!
In this book there are 21 Scriptures that will help you to function more than ever in the grace God has available for you.
