Sinopse
In my last 10 years of facilitating projects, I have repeatedly witnessed different people of every age and background being frustrated and stuck in a negative mindset. I now believe that an understanding of those forces is the single greatest determinant of success in making sustainable change programs. The benefit of happiness in jobs inside any Global organization is now possible.
In this book, both the life journey by Grace, and by using a mapping survey of the cases studied. I have aimed to contribute to the reason why companies must see their employees as their greatest active and never as a cost. Competitiveness between companies has made them more efficient and competitive advantage need has grown. Today is essential not only to obtain competitive advantages but also perpetual advantages. To reach the objectives proposed by this book the methodology used was based on four pillars: its nature, approach, objectives, and technical procedures. The obtained results agree with the parameters of the positive psychology field. Positive professionals not only reach better results for their companies but also reach their professional targets.
This book was based upon case studies from both South and North America organizations. The book could be expanded to new business segments, new markets and new tests could be applied in general companies across the globe. The alignment between happiness and moral development has been lost to our society and the framework to reap and sow those two particularly important factors of life is a proven way to achieve sustainable high performance as an individual or as an organization.
