Sobre este áudio
A poor mindset to a mastermind.
Rewrite your life.
Let’s go - break free.
Simple ideas, simple technique, simple steps.
Master your life.
Master your inner voice.
Use your intuition and understand the influence of your subconscious mind on your life path.
You are unique so is your life!
Summary of how to rewrite your life:
- Soul search.
- Observing your own life experiences, the positive and the negative.
- Do the work in each chapter’s steps.
- Must trust the process.
- Signing the contract - for you, a reminder each day.
- Meditate 15-20 minutes every morning and night.
- Affirmation starts with personal, health, job, and career.
- Listen as much as your schedule allows each day.
- Pray, and forgive yourself. Also, forgive others. Allow yourself to forget and move on.
- Before closing your eyes, be thankful to God, and be grateful to the universe to be alive (please write down your own thanks) and for being healthy. Think about what you smile today and the one thing you are asking for (The Focus of the Week).
- Both morning and night, repeat these steps.
- These steps will help you to become inspired by your intuition, your inner voice.
- Only practice on a daily routine will make the change.
- Fears will vanish.
- More assertive personality...being sure of who you are.
- Balanced mind means a balanced life.
- Courage to do more.
Prologue
My courageous sense of survival kept me going, and the love for my daughter kept me asking for more for both of us. I wanted to comfort her through the process of my divorce from her father, and though I was alone, she needed to know none of it was her fault. It was a difficult thing for a child to understand.
Because at 17 years old, I knew in my heart what was right and wrong in my marriage, but I was stuck in the middle of a marriage controlled by his extreme stubbornness and possessive jealousy, which stemmed from his own insecure personality and unaccomplished dreams. But I didn’t know any of that then. All I was searching for was the why: Why is he mad, why he is jealous when I’m not giving him any reasons to feel jealous? My first mistake was that I thought I could help him and survive my marriage as an Armenian Catholic. We have no divorce laws, and frankly, it didn’t cross my mind - not even a day before I asked for one.
I had to learn, like you, that the only person that could change my life was me.
I was already dreaming big, confident in my heart I deserve more, I chose education for myself, to learn every day and not stop.
All my dreams are connected to my passion, and my passion is connected to my purpose.... I chased my dreams.... What are yours?
