Sobre este áudio
Carly White was just promoted to Director of a billion dollar company after suffering years of sexism, racism, and numerous jokes about her last name, but her talent has finally been recognized. The only problem is her boss...
He’s a cowboy playboy who’s known to sleep with every woman in and out of the company. He endlessly flirts with her during meets, their lunch outings, and even in front of potential clients until one day she’s finally sick of it. She agrees to go on one date with him if he will agree to leave her alone and let her do her job. She makes it through the date but has a little too much to drink and ends up sleeping with him. But the deal works and he leaves her alone as she continues to climb the ladder in the company, gaining a reputation of the best and brightest in her field. But when she begins to throw up at work, she learns she’ pregnant and goes to her boss to tell him. He laughs, throwing money at her to take care of it on her own. But she refuses to terminate and as her belly grows bigger the rumors begin to fly, her career begins to fall apart all while he ignores her. Finally, she goes on maternity leave early. Her boss begins to think about her nonstop, the company falling apart without her, and he can’t get thoughts of her out of his head - he hasn’t been able to since they were together and no matter how many women he slept with after her, none could compare.
Will her playboy boss really turn over a new leaf in his life? Or will he leave Carly to fend on her own?
