The marketplace, regardless of the industry we're talking about, is smart. The level of reward that one can expect is in direct proportion to the amount of value one can add. In our case, the value we will add is bringing good deals to real estate investors. As the old Arabic saying goes, "You make money when you buy, not when you sell."
Much of this course focuses on deal sourcing. In my experience, finding good deals for investors is extremely valuable. All businesses function with the assumption that underlying all the effort, processes, and systems, is a good deal. A value proposition. By becoming a source of good deals, you become the point where a real estate investing business starts.
