Annoying and it lacks vocabulary!
Is this book a self published one, without a good editor? It just be, otherwise, it wouldn’t be so redundant in so many ways, repeating the same adjectives. An example? The word “devotion/devote” appears no less than 30 times to describe their relationship.. and I mean just on the first book. It needs an extended vocabulary, that’s for sure!!
It got me so annoyed I actually stopped after the first book. Not for me.
