Sobre este áudio
If you want to step out of the boundaries set by society and live your life the way you want, then keep reading...
Do you feel that you are burdened by expectations? Do those expectations stop you from pursuing what you love? If the answer to these questions is yes, then you have come to the right place. Expectations are detrimental. But if you are successful in reframing your mindset, you can easily turn the situation to your advantage.
People have this habit of making their decisions based on how other people will judge them or what other people expect of them. They do this to gain appreciation or respect from others. But things go wrong when these people don’t have your best interests at heart or their intentions don’t align with yours. No one on this planet prefers to be told what to do. Everyone wants to live life autonomously. But it’s easier said than done
Understanding the fact that we are the only ones controlling our lives and not others takes a lot of time. Similarly, you also need to understand that people’s expectations have nothing to do with you - it is theirs. You are by no means obliged to fulfill those expectations. You have the right to live your life the way you want. You should aim for the best - that is not the problem - the problem is when you grow an attachment to expectations. A bigger problem arises when you have set, or others have set unrealistic expectations.
Do you engage in negative self-talk that often prevents you from pursuing things? Negative self-talk is probably one of the most harmful barriers to growth and success. Similarly, you also need to let go of your all-or-nothing thinking. The more you indulge in these things, the more you will be robbed of the joy of life. If you stop and think for a while, you will realize that it is often the little things you do that make a huge difference in your life.
This audiobook will give you practical insight toward improving many aspects of your life, please enjoy!
