And the stuff that protects those intents and desires, the seasoning that gives taste and pleasure to the experience of having a delicious yummy meal. She is talking about boundaries and expectations. You will understand what they are, why they are important, and how to set and express your desires and healthy boundaries in an intimate relationship.
Part two, which she called the bricks, i.e. when the foundation breaks, addressed the stuff that happens when our needs and expectations are not met, when the pre-commitment has been dishonored demolishing those innate, intimate, fantasies. This session looked at how and why it happened. In this second session, you will learn what to do if these boundaries and expectations are crossed by you, your partner or others.
And then in part three–that she called the pillar, looks at how to use those broken bricks to build an anchor for your next evolution. Session three suggests new habits and routines that will empower you to face challenges with awareness, observation and full presence.
