Life can knock you on your heels just through everyday living, and when this happens, normally, we can get back up and keep moving forward. But sometimes, things happen to us in life that stop us in our tracks. Childhood trauma, the loss of a loved one, or maybe you're let go from a longtime position at a company where you thought you would have retired.
A plethora of scenarios can pull the so-called rug of security out from under our feet, knocking the breath from our lungs. The two big questions after these things happen are:
- How do we get back up?
- How do we find the strength to move forward?
My story helps you do just that; it encourages you to never give up, to keep fighting, and to keep moving forward. Against all odds, I found my way to healing. It was not an easy road, but in time, I was able to forgive, let go, and find peace. I'd like to share that journey with you.
