Sobre este áudio
Are you a female struggling with your weight, and no matter what diet plan or exercise program you try, nothing works? Have you been diligent about following a weight loss program, yet you’ve seen little or no results? If this sounds like you, guess what? It's because of your hormones.
Most women don’t realize that the problem isn’t what they’re eating–it’s that their hormones aren’t balanced. I struggled for years with symptoms of hormonal imbalance before I figured this out. The female body requires a much more in-tune syncopation of all of our hormones than our male counterparts. When the hormones are out of whack, everything, and I do mean everything else the body needs to do to function, will begin to be less efficient. Sometimes the symptoms are so common that these hormonal imbalances disguise themselves as other issues, or the symptoms might not be that bad at first. However, over time, if the hormones are not balanced, the symptoms become more obvious, and they’ll affect your ability to feel your best.
It’s time to learn a couple of essentials about yourself before you tirelessly work out to no avail, or eat like a bird because you think that’s the only way to see the scale needle move in the right direction. It’s about time that you stop beating yourself up about not seeing the weight come off and take the time to learn exactly how your body works so you can fix your hormones and your life!
