Sinopse
This book is a compilation of true stories that show what God did to bring people from the brink of death and from the agony of bitterness, guilt, and addiction to refreshing, fruitful lives. You will see how well you are playing this game of life in your own world, where it really counts for you and your loved ones. You will identify with many of these individuals and their stories.
Listen and see how important you are in God's overall plan. Notice how the Lord will draw you closer to Him as you hear these stories. You have a special message that God is developing in your life. Your life will minister to others as he brings them your way. They will benefit, and so will you. Either way you cannot lose.
Jon signed with the Baltimore Orioles organization as a pitcher after graduating from Bradley University. He married his college sweetheart, Bev, and they have three children and 16 grandchildren. After baseball Jon became a Christian while owning and operating a professional dry-cleaning business. During those years his teenage ministry grew to well over 200 in attendance as he taught from the Bible. Jon became a real estate agent and from there came the birth of Family Focus USA Inc. ministry. God grew this ministry into a family seminar that was presented throughout the United States.
Jon and Bev have their own radio program that began 25 years ago on WPEO in Peoria, Illinois. They have seen hundreds of people come to know Jesus Christ as their savior and Lord; marriages saved; suicides avoided; and bitterness, rebellion, guilt, and addictions stopped as God honored their biblical counsel.
