Author Michelle Spray's novel provides an excellent depiction of a younger person's reaction to dementia behaviors and symptoms. Jillian lives with her grandmother, thrust into the role of providing care for the primary female figure in her life while trying to live as most of her fellow 20-something-year-old friends were living; an impossible task if there ever was one...
