Sobre este áudio
Just starting secondary school and finding life tough? You’re not alone. My Story is a collection of 11 extraordinary stories by 11 extraordinary students.
In the academic year 2017-18, the Nunthorpe Academy Year 7 Inclusion Group from Middlesbrough embarked on an amazing journey - to not only write a story, but to each publish their own book.
This collection is the result, and it speaks for itself.
“As a collection of stories to inspire other young students, this book hits the spot each time. Every story tackles the tough everyday issues faced by 11-12 year olds in an inspiring, honest and refreshing way. We hope this story in itself, and all the stories written by these remarkable students will inspire many more people to think they can achieve something wonderful.” (Gillie and Graeme, Sixth Element Publishing)
“The students have continually encouraged each other and admired each other’s stories - it has been a beautifully collaborative project. We all have a story to tell. Why not share it?” (Rachel Wilkinson, Nunthorpe Academy)
