Sobre este áudio
Everything you learned about God and the creating of the universe is a bunch of “Big Bang” bullshit.
Confusion about truth, certainty, good and evil, right and wrong, and love and family are all a result of the misinterpretation and manipulation of biblical information.
Everything that you were taught growing up in some way, shape, form, or fashion came from some story in the Bible.
I’ll be the first to admit some of the lessons in the Bible don’t make much sense and are impossible to carry out, like turning the other cheek.
Go slap somebody on their left cheek and see if they turn to let you slap them on the right one.
Slap me on either of my cheeks and see what happens.
What about loving your enemy? Isn’t love and enemy in the same sentence an oxymoron?
Is it ever okay to falsify information? What if by doing so you save someone’s life?
Is self defense really a good reason to kill?
Let’s say it’s true that children grow up to be just like their parents or one of their close relatives. That would be great if the people you grew up around were doctors and lawyers.
My parents were not doctors or lawyers. I graduated from the school of hard knocks, because back then that’s what you did.
I wouldn’t wish learning that way on my worst enemy. Through it all I’ve learned some really soul crushing--as well as some wonderful--life lessons, like:
- The true God is not the Lord God.
- You can’t trust anyone, not even your mother.
- The Bible is the inerrant word of the true God.
- The idea of one god creating the whole universe is laughable.
- It really is true: We are all connected.
I wrote this book so you can avoid the trials and tribulations associated with growing up believing in fairy tales. If you are already grown and waiting for Jesus to return, this book is for you also.
I been there, done that. I learned the hard way because where I grew up they would say, “The hard way is the best and only way.”
In some cases it is--as long as you don’t pay too much for the experience.
After listening to this audiobook, you will know truth. You will have certainty. You will be able to tell the difference between good and evil. You will intuitively discern right from wrong. You will receive and give love, and you will realize that family is not the people that were there when you were born but the relationships you build along your journey. You will know what’s fact from what’s total fiction, and you will know your purpose.
- You will be introduced to what I call New Millennium Revelations. "New millennium" because these truths were only discovered recently in the 21st century. "Revelations" because they are surprising and previously unknown facts.
- You will have a clear and accurate understanding and a much better relationship with the world, God, yourself, Jesus, and others based on definitions, scientific evidence, and newly discovered truths.
- You will learn that religion and science have more in common than not.
This is not a new millennium revelation, but it is relevant to my story: It’s better to learn from someone else’s experiences than it is to get beat up in the school of hard knocks.
