Sobre este áudio

On This Day is a fictional rendition of Genesis 15:13 from a black perspective. This story depicts the birth of a child, the reincarnation of the son of God to serve as God’s archangel to make America and the world atone for their inhumane treatment of their fellow man.

Malak, a child prodigy born to Carmen Bell, is not all he seems to be, a spirit that has once roamed the Earth in the body of man as God’s enforcer of his law. Malak was merciless in his punishment to those who defy the law of God. God’s law was absolute without deviation. Man’s suffering was devastating. Trying to comply with God's law did not allow man to grow. So God, with his wisdom, sent Jesus among men to determine if men were worthy of living in his grace not his law. Jesus had traveled in the land and found that in spite of man's flaws, they seemed to have compassion in their heart.

Jesus felt so strongly about man that he had sacrificed his life to atone for their sins. God was so deeply touched for his son's willingness to sacrifice his life for his love of man that God called Malak, the son of the Black Madonna, back to the heavens instead of letting him reap total destruction. God left man with a warning as a prophecy. Then, the Lord said to him, “know for four hundred years your descendants will be strangers in a country not their own and that they will be enslaved and mistreated. And the nation that had committed this atrocity will be punished for their action and those once enslaved will be brought into power.”

In On This Day, God has sent Malak to fulfill his prophecy. Malak will hold America accountable for its past as he prepares Black Americans for their future. This doesn’t come without a cost. Not only does Malak have to fight oppression and brutality from White Americans, but he also has to contend with the self-destructive and counterproductive Black Americans. The hopelessness is so deep rooted that the journey of unification will take you on a journey that is only dreamed of and never imagined.
