Frustrated

Narrators did a good job giving so many side characters their voices. But because I often listen American English narrators most of the time, their British accents were difficult for me sometimes. About the story, summary says that the book can be listened as a stand alone although better read in order. I didn't really understand that until the secondary characters started to show up. Except for two of them, everyone already had a love story already told or a personal one ongoing, it was frustrating.
