Stress can drain energy resources from yourself. Life, however, does not always meet our needs in terms of restful sleep during stressful times. There are so many issues to deal with with-family, jobs, income, assignments, social plans, appointments.
The report estimates that sleeping men cause up to 90 percent of industrial accidents. This showed accidents showed a lack of sleep. Furthermore, research shows that tired drivers cause almost as many cars crash as drunk drivers. Studies have shown that afternoon naps have a biological necessity. The body is on a 24-hour body clock that winds down at 1 AM. And at 6 AM. And again, immediately after lunch in three hours. Researchers found that participants of the studies thought that night and afternoon were the best way to sleep.
The life expectancy of a human adult is about 50 years after we have been sleeping for dozens of years. For all hallucinations fed up with caffeine, most of us spend approximately 1/3 of our lives ignorant.
