Williams is a leading voice on women in business, race and diversity, and an expert on equity and inclusion. On the subject of racism, Williams has authored two books, Millennial Black and Anti-Racist Ally, and her articles are regularly featured in publications such as Cosmopolitan, Grazia, The Guardian and Bustle. Williams delivers workshops and training programmes to global companies such as Amazon and Google, and is an inspiration TED speaker.
We will be speaking to Sophie Williams about The Glass Cliff, her latest book which comes off the back of her viral TED talk on the subject. We will be finding out what the Glass Cliff is, how women are being sabotaged in leadership roles, why men are still receiving advantages over women in the workplace, and what success can look like for women.
