What kind of superpowered supervillain robs a bank?

Unbeknownst to Marcus, he is being hunted by both sides of the law. The most powerful superhero in the world wants him brought in because of the danger he might become, while a ruthless, rival supervillain wants him captured and brought to heel. If Marcus wants to take his rightful place at the top of the city's pecking order, he's going to need a lot more than a few million dollars. He might need an extra set of hands.
