There are accounts of famous World War II battles, the important roles Mary and the women of the 1940s played in the war effort that created the suburbs of America, Nellie’s bold career as a highly esteemed Harvey House girl, and Eva’s struggles as a divorced mother in the Great Depression raising three young girls alone. The Big Ranch in The Ozarks shares with listeners Robin (Erwin) Bunton Morris’ life as a child on the Flying ^E^ Ranch.
