Sinopse
Following: The Day Of: Awakening...
Cam is now imprisoned by The First Wave. Franklin and his men are firmly entrenched in the region. Cam has high hopes for a rescue attempt by his people, but the odds of it being successful are very thin.
Hope is still fighting the good fight, guerilla warfare-style, and still turning heads in the process...but plans to take back the region from The First Wave are not imminent. The Republic and The Free US are silent, which was not the expectation of Jim, or every other member of our group.
Everyone in the group, including Alyssa, are now refugees, trying to figure out where to go. Their home is not safe anymore. Rumors of a very large First Wave force coming to the region are making that be the case. That force is also rendering any plan our group can muster useless.
It has become time for them to leave everything that they know, everything that has kept them safe, and surviving, for years now...ever since the beginning. Tensions run high throughout the group as a result. Relationships that were once solid as a rock are now showing major cracks, all while new relationships are starting to form.
As always, the story is being told to you, the listener, as it's being written for you to eventually listen to. As you now know from The Day Of: Awakening, Cam is being forced to write this by/to Franklin while he is imprisoned.
As always, again, this story is not written for people that do not want to hear about sex, war, and the death, destruction, and situations that come with it. Or for people that do not want to hear foul language.
This is not a children's book.
Everyone else, once again, please enjoy!
