Sinopse
Living a wholehearted life is approaching life with a sense of merit. It entails developing the bravery, empathy, and connection to realize that no matter how much gets done or is left undone, you are enough when you get up in the morning. It is the realization that, despite my flaws, vulnerabilities, and moments of fear, I am nevertheless courageous and deserving of love and belonging as I go to bed at night.
Courage, compassion, and connection are the answers to all of these questions; they are the resources we need to go through this trip. Great, if you're thinking. I know I simply need to be a superwoman to overcome my perfectionism. Connectivity, courage, and compassion all sound like very high standards. However, in actuality, they are just routines that, with enough repetition, develop into these amazing blessings in our lives. The good news is that we have to use these incredible tools because of our weaknesses. We get to practice utilizing our tools regularly since we are human and so gloriously flawed. In this sense, imperfection becomes a gift of connection, bravery, and compassion. What's in the following audiobook is listed here. I discuss what I've discovered about connection, bravery, and compassion in the first chapter and how these qualities are how one becomes deserving. In the next chapter, we address the core issues of love, belonging, and worthiness after gaining some clarity on the instruments we will use on our trip.
