Sobre este áudio
Two essential truths are sadly lacking in many churches. The first is the necessity of being born again, of having the Spirit of Christ. The second is the necessity of confessing Jesus as Lord and entering into a relationship with him in the full knowledge of and submission to his place as the supreme authority in the believer’s life. We are not our own, we have been bought with a price.
Through the power of the resurrection, Jesus was made to be both Lord and Christ! All authority has been given unto him. This is the essence of the gospel of the kingdom. This is what the apostles bore witness to. This is the gospel we must believe and the gospel we must proclaim to produce healthy believers and a healthy church.
This book presents these truths in practical applications to encourage believers to walk in faithful obedience to the leading of the Spirit. God is glorified as we demonstrate our love for him through our love for one another and by living obedient, holy lives.
This book has been designed as a resource for Bible study. There are discussion questions at the end of the chapter that help stimulate thought and discussion concerning the truths covered and how they apply to our lives. It is my hope that they will help each listener come to a deeper understanding of our God and of His ways.
