It is important we know the higher and deeper we go into the things of God, the greater the attacks will be on our identity. Knowing this, we should be fully aware of how extremely important it is we be rooted and grounded in who we are in Christ, and who He is in us. Firmly planted in TRUTH, so that we do not look for our value and who we are in anyone or anything, but JESUS. This is vital and substantial to you living a healthy balance life in Christ.

In order for you to know who you are; you must know who Jesus is. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” You are not your past mistakes, and you are not what happen to you. Your past does not dictate your future unless you allow it. Your present circumstances, whether good or bad does not determine who you are. It is important you know, no matter what obstacles come your way; those obstacles do not change your identity in Jesus Christ.
