Sinopse
The senator's assistant has been put on a hit-list by the senator himself. Bradley's time is limited, but his memories and letters to his families will be mailed out before everything is over. The POST's reporters, Jacob and Ron, feeling grateful for the assistant's help, call him to say thank you but are cut short by Bradley himself. After asking for the reporters' personal numbers, the senator's assistant abruptly hangs up the phone leaving Ron and Jacob to wonder what's going on. Love the story, can't wait to see how it all ends up....
Never had Gustavo been placed in such a situation. He life depended on him being able to justify his evidence. His rebuttal was all that stood between him and his freedom. The NSA was finishing up the interrogation with the Director of the FBI. They wanted to know why he would put a hit out on his own agent. Who ordered him to do it and why did he not just disobey?
Amanda and Hank at the Sister Location is going to run a search on the internet for Claire's husband. She's confused how that will happen, but is she ready to find out that he may be dead? Moving along with one exciting topic after another, Jackson Stafford, having been put into a comatose state by La Tulipan to keep him from going insane, will remain in the coma for 3.5 years. But during his time in the coma, Jackson experiences a life-changing event. The time will allow Ben to fill his cup of iniquity to the brim. His deliberate abuse of the host will be dealt with harshly by those of his kind.....
As I set by my window, rain falling outside, I envision many worlds, many events, many characters yet to be introduced, their stories yet to be told. Let's write of yond world. Sequestered away from concrete thinkers, let me be lifted by winds of creativity freeing me to visit unlimited landscapes where life lives anew. A place where imagination is free, limitless words abound, and fulfillment attainable....
For Gustavo, his life meant many things. It's what's down the road that haunts us, the not knowing, the anticipation. But, as with each road taken, there must be the element of mystery. With each shadow there much be a corresponding feather of light. To eye beyond the bend in the road would be abnormal. No one sees through the veil of time, the curtain of uncertainty. That's what makes us equal. That's what makes us human. So, stand and wonder, we all do, as to what is there in the shadows, the fog, the uncertain tomorrow. But, in doing so, garner your faith to meet the unexpected, to overcome the daunting, and to live our life to its fullest....
For Hank, an old memory flooded over him...back porch view of a not-so-foggy morning reminds me of home far away. A place where love was priceless, hugs bountiful, and promises kept. A casual sip of coffee, an empty excuse to linger longer accompany wispy feather-like figures pausing briefly at 'yond tree while being chased by morning's light. They pause at garden's edge and fill the imagination with images of masterfully told tales. As I set here with coffee cup in hand, I ponder the last visit to this escape, this porch, a refuge from my labored life, a relief for my scoured soul. A chuckle escapes me, moves me to smile for it was here years ago in this rocking chair damp with early morning's dew that I remember my first image of the character who now graces the journey some have chosen to share with me. It is a journey started from a chair setting on an unpainted lap board porch jutting out into a meadow in the mountains that summoned me heretofore.
