Sinopse
I remember going out on a date one time with a girl named Lori. I decided to take her to the Canfield fair on a Friday night. So we paid our way in and walked around and I saw a fortuneteller’s tent. I walked up to it and I could see an old woman in there lying to a customer about how rich he was going to be. Lori tells me “You should go have your fortune read". So I agreed to it and told her to wait far enough away so she couldn't hear me talk to the old woman. It was five dollars. I paid the woman. She looked into my eyes, and she asked to hold my hands. So I looked into her eyes and to me it was like looking through a pane of glass to any of her thoughts, her past, her prison record, and all the lies she told people. She started talking about me telling me that I'm going to be an engineer and make lots of money and I'm going to be very lucky in love.
But there's a dark cloud over me and for $10 she will light a candle and remove it for me. What I found out was that by holding my hand it was like a direct connection to everything I could possibly know about her amplified. Don't get me wrong I could read her without holding her hand, but by holding her hand as she instructed me too, everything was clearer and easier to read. I was angry that she wanted to cheat me out of $10 so I began to read her out loud. I said old lady you picked the wrong guy to cheat out of money. She said I have no idea what you're talking about. I said well I'll tell you. I grabbed her hand again and said "you want to know why your mother committed suicide. You're also wondering why your third husband left you for a younger woman. You regret giving away your newborn baby when you were 16 years old because you did not know who the father was. Right now you're worried that you have cancer because your urinating blood". She stood up in anger and told me I was the devil and to leave and never come back and she threw the five dollars back at me.
