Sinopse
Anxiety and depression are two different reactions or responses that we experience almost every day of our life. These reactions depend on the situation we are passing through or the event that is occurring at a particular time or the other.
Anxiety disorder and depression disorder are different from normal anxiety and depression in that the latter (normal anxiety and depression) are characteristics that all human races exhibit, while the former (anxiety disorder and depression disorder) are the abnormal reaction of anxiety and depression. However, this book uses anxiety and anxiety disorder interchangeably, and the same applies to depression and depression disorder. As a result, the listener must take note of the usage to avoid misconceptions.
Anxiety and depression disorders are two illnesses with a lot of complicated similarities between them. One is characterized as a high-energy mental illness, while the other is a low-energy mental illness. These similarities range from the causes, the part of the body affected, and the stigma on them. The myth, beliefs, or misconceptions that people generalized about them. Due to this, many people believe that the two are the same.
As much as I want to agree with people who think these two different mental sicknesses are the same, it has been proven beyond doubt that they both have different biological and psychological backgrounds.
People react differently to this mental illness in different ways depending on the type of person suffering. However, many of these disorders have similar symptoms and characteristics. Therefore, one must carefully say which types and individual suffers. Also, some types of anxiety disorder have the same or common symptoms and characteristics as depression disorder.
