Sobre este áudio
The Wind in the Willows is a longtime favorite story that centers around the animal citizens of an English riverbank. Each animal has a different personality, from easy-going Mole to water-loving Ratty, to the wise and wiley Badger, the spoiling-for-a-fight Weasels, and of course boastful Toad, the owner of splendid Toad Hall, who has too much money and too little sense to know what to do with it.
The education of Toad by his well-meaning friends provides a good lesson. The battle for Toad Hall near the end of the story is also very exciting.

This energetic modern reading of Kenneth Grahame's 1908 children's story The Wind in the Willows follows the gentle, pastoral adventures of four anthropomorphized creatures from the English countryside: Mole, Rat, Toad, and Badger. David Ian Davies brings ample character and vitality to his performance of the different animals, imbuing them with their own unique personalities. A charming, timeless classic that communicates both a love of wildlife and a curiosity about human nature, The Wind in the Willows is a whimsical, engrossing listen for both children and adults.
