Miracles happen everyday!
On a Sunday morning, massive earthquakes devastate the West Coast of the United States and other locations around the globe. That same day, Sofia, a nine-year-old foundling disabled girl, is miraculously healed during morning Mass.
Mark Lawson is the last person to believe in miracles and doesn't know why he let Father Romero persuade him to shelter Sofia and her novitiate caretaker, Maria, but unexpectedly, he finds himself on the run from the public, the authorities, and something he can't quite understand.
