On my eighteenth birthday, I got kicked out of my home, mugged in an alley, and killed a guy with my mind ... then things got weird.
I expected aging out of the foster care system to be hard. I wasn't expecting it to include finding out I was a Warlock, destined to be hunted by the most powerful Witch Families so they could bind me to a coven of thirteen witches and spend the rest of my life "harvesting mana". Add to that a set of magical resonants that made me an even bigger target to some of those Witch Families, some of which would rather kill me than let a rival get me.

Amazing!

I was surprised to discover such a great book! It’s refreshing to see steamy scenes from a male perspective, and as a male reader, I found it easy to put myself in the protagonist’s shoes.
The pop culture references are fantastic and feel natural within the story, with nods to Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and even Dante’s Inferno. They add a fun and clever touch without ever feeling forced.
And let’s talk about Noah—he clearly has all the powers to be a full-fledged BDSM Dom in the Warlock world, but he’s still just an initiate. It’s obvious he enjoys it, though! And Sam? She’s 100% a brat in this dynamic, no doubt about it.
The twist at the end was super interesting and left me eager for Book 2! The mix of fantasy, humor, and spice made Warlock an incredibly fun read. Highly recommend it!
