With this weight-loss program you will experience a profound change in your subconscious. This profound change will make you feel more relaxed and disciplined with your eating habits. You will be amazed at what this transformational process shows you about yourself and the relationship to your food. You will feel and know that something inside you has truly changed, and because of that change, you will know true and genuine weight loss is happening.
My process has two parts to it. In the first nine audios we will remove, cleanse, and release all emotional and subconscious blocks. You will do this part when you go through the first eight sessions called the soul healing program. Then you'll go through the second part which is programming the ideal you into your new life as a slim person. You can skip the first part of cleansing the subconscious if you desire but it's not recommended. After cleansing your subconscious of the blocks, you will go on to program you as a slim person in these sessions:
- Weight Loss Core Session - After this session you will eat slower, enjoy your food more, and stop when satisfied. It helps you to eat healthy and make good choices with your food.
- Exercise More - This session makes you exercise like a beast! You'll find yourself actually wanting to exercise! It will help you to get off the couch and get it done!
- Exercise Motivation - This is similar to Exercise More in that it helps you to exercise and do it. But it also helps your subconscious to realize and know that exercising is a positive thing. It's rewarding. It helps you to have a positive outlook on exercising overall.
- Lots of Energy Session - This session is exactly what it sounds like. It helps you to have lots of energy and can help refresh yourself.
