Sobre este áudio
When the justice system lets you down and allows murderers to walk the streets freely, whilst the friends and families of their victims are left facing a life sentence, then something simply has to be done. But it can no longer be done legally, of course. And who better to put things right than a hired killer. But what does a hired killer look like and how do you find one?
When you see a petite, attractive, young woman sat in a bar or a hotel, she is the last person you would believe could be a hired killer. But looks can be deceiving and where better than a victim focus group to seek out potential customers eager to redress the scales of justice. To become a hired killer, one has to be lacking the compassion and empathy that so-called normal people feel and be able to compartmentalise between business and pleasure, whilst keeping up the pretence of being normal.
Care has to be taken to leave no loose ends because this can lead to the assassin becoming the target and that is precisely what takes place in this thrilling, sometimes brutal crime story. Can she survive the attempts on her life perpetrated by her unknown nemesis during a chase across the USA to Europe? For a professional killer, in order to survive, you have to kill or be killed.
For fans of Mr Inbetween and all the Guy Ritchie movies; brutal crimes complemented with a touch of dark humour; fast-paced and full of twists and turns.
