126. Are You Living for Yourself or Others During Infertility?

  • I had a conversation with someone I love about some supplements that would drastically help improve his life, and he wanted to save $10 so he was purchasing the supplements that didn’t absorb into his system as well (they weren’t as high quality) and probably wouldn’t help as much. Keep in mind that if he felt better, his marriage would be better, he would enjoy being a father more, he would be excited about the future and he would make more money at work because he would create more value for this employer. I had another similar conversation as I was getting a pedicure with my friend that I share in today’s episode. In this episode about taking care of yourself during infertility, we are going to analyze our lives and how we may be cheating ourselves and not seeing the big picture so that we can make better decisions and feel better.
