Anne Lieberman is the Director of Athlete Ally, whose mission is to end homophobia and transphobia in sports and to activate the athletic community to exercise their leadership to champion LGBTQI+ equality. Chris Mosier is a trailblazing transgender athlete and thought leader on LGBTQI+ inclusion in sports. Together they discuss the existence of a middle ground on this topic, the IOC’s approach to creating fair and inclusive regulations for eligibility, and if a sport-by-sport approach is a realistic possibility.
