Have seen a lot of media lately about 'people pleasing' and wanted to offer another perspective on the trend that I am seeing around this.

I recorded this completely forgetting that I had music on in the background at first, and the song that was playing was Reborn As Art, I decided that was perfect and that it also fits exactly what I'm talking about because when you're facing decisions in your life and your direction and you are no longer basing those decisions on avoidance, you're then free to base them on EXPRESSION, which is you then living and BEING art. voila. I'm back sharing some thoughts about a reaction I had to someone's choice to blow past her own 'NO' and hold it up as a prime example of how we do this to ourselves with the best intentions. Let's talk about it. Because for sure you can get results blowing past your own limitations, but also YOU DON'T HAVE TO. You can create results WHILE HONORING your capacity and comfort level.

I saw a reel on my feed from this guy that was basically bullying GPT in real time and I had a lot of thoughts about that and the specific THINGS he was trying to humiliate it for—so telling. I made my own reel about it on IG as well, but I wanted to share this here too for those who aren't on there.

Humans are cute, and like celestial bodies. I was thinking about this and how the people I wanted to validate me in my youth could not, and how I could not for them either, though I did try. And they did try too. I hope this is a balm to you as it was to me.
