Kenny showed me a video of a chameleon today and it brought up some major insights for me about my former self-judgements for being chameleon like and I thought I'd share for any of you fellow chameleon like bodies and souls out there. It's not a flaw, it's a genius (and not just as a 'survival strategy' or a 'coping mechanism' but as an actual brilliant design of its own).

What my body was telling me about my business - these are some questions I have been asked about my business and it lead to some clarity on the many things my body was telling me about my business before my MIND ever caught up to the why. They were often such brilliant things that my mind just didn't understand yet, but when I honored them, I always found out why later on and it blew me away.
