  • 235: Fertility over 35. What your nervous system wants you to know

    As much as I can literally feel my body longing to have a baby, I have so much to do first! So many adventures to have!

    But there are two things that are true:

    1. Fertility does decline as we age.
    2. We have more power than we think to create juicy, fertile bodies ready to create babies and businesses!
    3. Protecting that creative energy and flow is not a passive action. It requires education, action, boundaries and integration.

    It means you’ve got to get strong and start asking yourself the question “how do I protect what my body needs to feel nourished, fertile, and alive?”

    This is the topic of the podcast 235: Fertility over 35. What your nervous system wants you to know.

    Not that long ago, the idea of investing felt like a wonderful concept (money making money while I sleep) but it also felt impossible. I had savings. I was responsible. But whenever I thought about opening my app, or actually did, I froze. I didn’t really know where to begin.


    I would tell myself things like, I’ll deal with this later or I’ll just learn a little bit more and plan a little bit better. In the meantime, my money sat in my savings account or was spent on other things (slowly losing value) while I kept working
