    You know I’m all about keeping fitness realistic and attainable—because life can get busy, right? Sometimes it feels impossible to block out 45 solid minutes for a workout. But guess what? You don’t have to!

    Today, we’re diving into the power of exercise snacks. These bite-sized bursts of movement can fit into your busiest days and still give you amazing results. If you’re ready to learn how a little movement here and there can transform your body, your mood, and your life, this episode is for you!

    What I discuss:

    1. Exercise snacks are short bursts of movement, 5 to 10 minutes at a time, spread throughout your day.

    1. These mini sessions keep your metabolism active, burning more calories and preventing energy crashes from long periods of sitting.

    1. Moving even briefly after meals helps stabilize blood sugar, preventing sharp spikes and crashes that lead to hunger and fat storage.

    1. Frequent movement improves focus and reduces brain fog, helping you stay productive without feeling drained.

    1. Endorphin boosts from exercise snacks lift your mood and lower stress throughout the day, instead of relying on a single long workout.

    1. Taking 10 minutes to move your body every hour can add up to a full workout at the end of the day.

    1. It’s all about consistency, not perfection—every bit of movement counts toward feeling stronger, more energized, and confident in your body.

  • The #1 Weight Loss Myth We Need to UNALIVE

    We’ve been conditioned to think that weight loss is the goal. That if we just see the number on the scale go down, we’ll magically get the lean, toned body we want. But that’s not how it works.

    Weight loss and body composition are not the same thing. Losing weight just means losing weight. It doesn’t tell you if that weight is coming from fat or muscle, and it definitely doesn’t guarantee you’ll look or feel the way you want.

    So today, I’m breaking down one of the biggest weight loss myths that we need to UNALIVE. Yes, we need this myth to disappear because it is holding you back! So let’s bust these once and for all so you can focus on what actually works and finally build the body you want.

    What I discuss:

    1. Fat loss is NOT about eating as little as possible and working out more.

    2. A small, sustainable calorie deficit works better than an extreme cut.

    3. our workouts stay the same—3-5 strength training sessions per week is all you need.

    4. You should NEVER live in fat loss mode. Cycle in and out for long-term results.

    5. Reverse dieting is essential to keep your metabolism strong.

  • 8 Awards You’re Chasing That Don’t Actually Exist

    Okay, let’s talk about those “awards” we’re chasing—the ones that don’t exist but somehow control so much of what we do, how we feel, and how we show up in life.

    Let me give you a few examples. Ever caught yourself secretly competing for the:

    • “No mistakes were made” award?

    • Or the “Most beautiful” award?

    • How about “Skinniest”?

    • “Lived up to all expectations”?

    • “Never said no”?

    • “Never asked for help”?

    • Oh, and let’s not forget the big one: “Liked by everyone.”

    • And last but not least, the “Didn’t need rest” award.

    Are you cringing yet? Because SAME. The crazy part is, none of these awards are real. Literally none of these exist. No one is handing us trophies for being exhausted, perfect, or never making mistakes – but still, we’re running ourselves into the ground trying to win them.

    So, today, we’re unpacking why we’re chasing these invisible awards, how they’re stealing our joy, and what we can do to let go of the pressure and just be.
