Alanna is a Human from Michigan. She had a lonely, yet loving childhood which she spent most of reading books and taking care of her younger sister.
However, as soon as she reached adulthood, she was sexually assaulted. She talks about how this impacted her life, how she originally dealt with it by becoming a workaholic and a codependent, the guilt she felt over it, and how she's since learned to deal with it through therapy.
Alanna has a lot to say about these topics and some advice for people in similar situations, but it's also important information for ALL HUMANS.
PLEASE NOTE: There is discussion involving mature content including: Sexual Assault, Depression and Suicide, Adultery, Sexuality and Bisexuality, Alcoholism, Strong Language and other topics.
I would also like to apologize for some of the rough cuts and audio. I did not have all of my equipment with me for this episode, and there are parts where the signal is choppy for a second as well as some parts where Alanna's headset/mic rubbed against her shirt but most of the episode is fine.
