Her passion for sharing what she's learned through social media stems from wishing she had that knowledge when I was struggling. Now, through The Period Lab, Miranda offer 360-degree support, combining testing, tracking, treatment, and open discussions about hormonal challenges. The program focuses on education, guiding women to naturally balance their hormones through personalized nutrition, training, and lifestyle adjustments. The Period Lab goes beyond being a program—it's a holistic protocol designed to empower women to take control of their health and thrive in harmony with their cycles.
