Guilt is a funny thing; it weighs on our conscience until we find a way to resolve it, usually through admitting that we are wrong, taking responsibility, and hopefully receiving forgiveness. But even if we are not forgiven, just humbly admitting that we’ve done wrong can be a very powerful thing. So tonight, we are going to go into deep relaxation and practice that, using the Hawaiian reconciliation practice called Ho’oponopono, which means “correction”… and with it, we can relieve ourselves of the burdens we carry.
