    In this special bonus episode, I have some guest readers by the names of Lizzie and Casey who are reading The Book With No Pictures written by B.J. Novak. These two are in grade 2 and we recorded them reading their favourite book to show how well they read. Also, it is through the consistent reading of 15 minutes/ day or more that these two have not only developed reading skills but both of them have a huge passion for story telling, reading chapter books and coming up with the most creating games.     How is a spider to get around when he only has one leg? In our story this week of Arachnid, written by Ashanti Reese we meet Arachnid. Arachnid is a spider who was born with 8 legs but somehow ended up with just one. During the course of the story Arachnid moves to a new shed, and this shed is nothing like his old shed. Not only is the shed clean and tidy, the spiders that live in it are kind, caring and compassionate. This is a big change for Arachnid who is used to living with rude and messy spiders in his old shed. Does Arachnid become kinder, cleaner and grows all of his legs back?
