In the UK when we think of how we pay for our home we tend to think of 3 things - buying, private rental or social rental.

But what if there was another option that combined the best aspects of all 3? An option that combined the security of ownership with affordability and good quality homes? That is where housing co-operatives come in. 

In this episode we will hear the story of a group of people in the beautiful city of Brighton who have started a housing co-operative of their own.
