  • Lonely bartender Bob Saginowski (Tom Hardy) tend bar at his Cousin Marv's (James Gandolfini) bar whose bar is part of an intricate scheme of funneling cash to local gangsters "money drops" in the underworld of Brooklyn bars. Bob finds himself at the center of a robbery gone awry and entwined in an investigation that digs deeply into the neighborhood's past.

    Along the way he rescues a dog with new friend Nadia (Noomi Rapace) in a world where friends, families, and foes work together to make a living--no matter the cost.
