I wanted to have you on the show and of course in essence I did. Since a teenager your work has served as imagination jumper cables for the flying saucer that is my soul. Wisdom only carries us so far. Cerebral processing can only digest x-amount of experience. The body must grieve. Dance. Rest. The more we let go the richer we are?

Five days after the first episode with my father, post him losing his home in the LA fires, I felt called to return to the Hearse and connect with him from a place of tenderness, fear and sadness. As the ash settles in his heart, I am struck by the parallel reflections I see in him and all of us, those of the eternal phoenix and the terrified mortal.
