Our guest today is Jennifer Benetato a leader at the forefront of spirituality, trauma healing, somatic wisdom and psychedelic science. She is the founder of the AMBIKA Method, supporting people to prepare for and integrate transformational experiences. Jennifer holds a Masters in Social work, is a licensed therapist and has served on faculty of The New School and NYU and has worked in psychiatric hospitals, prisons, and primary care prior to opening a private integrative wellness practice in NYC.
