As we prepare for this next (season?) of content creation, we would like to share with our Chocolate Dipped Family, our plans for our content beyond this episode and how we hope we can continue to contribute to the family of God. The internet began to crumble, bang and panic in the afterglow of one of this generations greatest content creators (Dr DisRespect) fall from a tremendously high place after it was revealed he had been having inappropriate conversations with a 17 year old. But as bloodthirsty gums took to their Iphone 14S'es, laptops and android devices in order to ensure the downfall was as gruesome as possible, another story was unfolding. Today we look at the grief experienced by the friends of Dr. DisRespect, his fans, and consider how Satan uses the worst things about us for the purposes of stealing what we were intended to share with the world, and how we as Christians must be about of destroying the evil in our secret lives. We love you! But Jesus loves you more.

We absolutely love you but Jesus does so much more

During the riots of BLM, for every business that was broken to pieces, a dozen or more yellow stars would emerge from the ruins and find their way into the bodies of black and brown women and men. Now flashing with black excellence, select black people took to social media and real life to act in ways out of alignment with the dream of being judged by the content of our character. Yet, a strange thing happened. Few black voices were willing to call for peace, and a kind of prejudice against white people became tolerable, even virtuous. And the table was set for a scholar named Dr. Umar to rise and make rounds in black circles and high places such as the Breakfast Club and the Joe Budden podcast, promoting his belief in the inferiority of interracial marriage and dating and the centrality of simply 'being black'.

In lieu of black people continuing to affirm this ugly brand of Pan-African hatred of what God calls good, today, White Girl and Black Husband discuss the nonsensical worldview of Dr. Umar as it relates to love and relationships in order to gain perspective as to what Jesus says about us being made in his image.
