This is book 5 in the Round Door series. The children go through the round door to find the hollow woods, but the hollows they find are a bit different. In these hollows, it is a winter wonderland. To the children’s surprise, they find that everything else is the same. There is even an Emily in these hollows as well. They meet a new friend, a mouse named Mr. Bag-a-Bones. This is a book filled with fun and with a beautiful story as well.

The Tree House is the book 4 in the Round Door series. It is one of my favorites. Charli and DJ end up in the jungle with some very funny characters. Some have attitude, some are annoying, and some are just hilarious.

This story starts with the premise that we are not our bodies. We are our souls. Our consciousness live on when we leave the Earth through death. It is only our body that decays and dies. We continue to develop our souls during each lifetime we visit the Earth and then go back to being only consciousness. In choosing a new lifetime, each soul knows there are natural Earth stages we each must endure to develop new Earth lessons.

This book is also geared toward young children working on what they love doing but keeping focus on what is important in their young lives.
