Doug is troubled on the inside. He's not young enough to allow himself to believe that he just hasn't found his place in life, because he thinks he has. Doug would have you believe that he's just a waste of space. That isn't the case at all. There is a magical town in Arkansas called Eureka Springs. This mystical little town has so much to offer that one may never get to experience it all. Doug and his family got to experience this place and bathed in its healing nature; they went floating for the first time ever. While the trip did not save his marriage, it did save the man's soul.

Bad luck seemed to dog Beau from the very beginning. He was an accident, and his parents never pretended to want him. With very little support from them, Beau and his brothers were forced to take care of themselves. His childhood left him with a fervent need to belong and he found this need when he joined the military, but two tours of duty to Iraq left him traumatized and unable unable to process what he had seen. In the following years, Beau's PTSD and several other self-destruction issues began to take its toll on his career and even his home life.
