Based on the first season of Emily in Paris, this novelisation follows American Emily Cooper as she relocates to the world's most romantic city.

Emily has always wanted to visit France, ever since watching Moulin Rouge! so when she gets the opportunity to not only visit, but live and work in Paris, she's "tres excitée" - there's just one problem, her French (and her style) - is more than a little bit basic.

Joining the marketing agency Savoir, which has been purchased by Emily's American employer, Emily soon learns that her French colleagues do things a little differently to her. Not allowing her enthusiasm to be dampened, Emily continues to smile even when her new boss, Sylvie, gives her impossible tasks and campaigns no one else wants.

Outside of work, Emily's a little distracted by her neighbour, the Super Sexy Guy, Gabriel, who she just can't stop thinking about. Then there's the small problem of his girlfriend, Camille, who just happens to be the nicest person Emily's met since moving to Paris...

Created by Darren Star, the popular comedy series launched in 2020 and has recently been renewed for seasons three and four.
