John Cutter has been forced to take a job managing the dormitories of his alma mater, Mythstone University, after graduating just a few months ago with a degree in Elven Literature. Things were pretty boring for him until the blood powers of his distant Incubus heritage start to awaken within him, giving him supernatural charm among other powers and perks.

John Cutter has lived a blessed life since his most recent birthday, but his luck just might be running out. Sure, he's got the hottest harem of monster girls, demons, half-orcs, half-angels, and elves anyone could imagine, but he's also got necromancer drama, a murder to cover up, and a dungeon to delve. It's not all easy living in the day-to-day existence of a budding young Incubus Lord!

In this exciting addition to the Incubus RA franchise, John Cutter finds himself romancing his way through the afterlife and facing all new perils in Horcross City. But is this the end of our hero? Obviously not! Fan-favorite ladies return, and interesting new characters are introduced for the very first time. Mythstone University has a special event for one weekend every year, and mommies from all over Horcross City visit their sons and daughters attending university there. As the director of his dormitory, John is going to play host to all the mothers of the ladies in his harem, and you can bet your big ol' booty that that's going to get messy.
